I have prepared a 5 day routine, by seeing most successful training they used to talk about as below:
- verticle machine
- angled leg press
- squat
- leg curl
- tricep lying extensions
- lat wide-grip pull down
But all of those names are confusing as it does not have any picture or video. Can someone explain me please how to do those points? Or maybe if you can share any pictures. I really getting confused with those points, how do you do that?
