    Pre workout bloating

Have any of you experienced bloating from taking pre workout powders? Attempted some research online and haven't found much on the two being connected. Just me maybe? Lol thanks

What PWO are you taking? I take jack3d and eat quite a bit before a workout and I feel very bloated usually. Maybe it's the food before your workout OP.

I am pretty much losing my waistline due to bloating from sups. It's pretty bad, but they are effective so I don't want to quit using them. If I skip my sups the bloating goes away instantaneously so w/e. You could try using other brands and products though if it really bothers you.

I just go into full sweatshirt mode and not a single fuk is given.

definitely depends on the brand and how soluble in water they are. If they dont dissolve well they will sit at the bottom of your stomach and cause bloating - thats as simple as I can explain my opinion

I would avoid these powders if they are causing bloating. Maybe you are intolerant/allergic to them. They are not mandatory to take. SO skip them. Do make sure you drink plenty of water when working out. I personally cant workout without my water, but I have seen some ppl can w/o drinking too much water. Drink up lots of water.

I never get any bloating from pwos personally, you may need to switch pwos or avoid them all together. Worst that happens to me is I have to take a pwo dump lol, then I'm good to go! Which one are you taking?

    FYI: ban on jack3d.
    (I can't post links since I'm a new member...grr. Just google it.)

I'm not particularly surprised since when my first trainer gave me PWO - I think it was jack3d - my initial thought was "THIS HAS CRACK IN IT". It felt exactly like the one time I was accidently sipped a drink spiked with ecstacy/MDMA/whatever it was and completely panicked all over again at the gym. I'm no longer in contact with that trainer.

I sometimes take assault, which has mostly green tea caffeine, but my trainers are even against that. For good reason too, I am starting to get dependent on caffeine in general.
Always on the go, no regrets.

This bloating is because of large cortisol secretions from your adrenal gland.switch to coffee as pre workout or don't use them as you are high cortisol emitter.not everybody secret high cortisol
