I've just started on the stronglifts 5x5 workout. I'm doing this in hope of gaining strength. My progresses will be logged in this thread. Take a look!(:
My first workout with Set A:
4/6/13
Squat 5x5: All done with 50kg
Bench 5x5: All done with 45kg
Rows 5x5: All done with 50kg
Its not much, but I'm hoping that hardwork will produce some gains. Updates coming tomorrow!
