Been rotating the usual muscle groups the past couple days. Cut out some of the cardio to get in more lifting. Shoulders tomorrow, gotta kill 'em!

Yesterday-
Bicep day! My favorite lifting day by far; haven't met anyone else who shares this feel, lol. Worked out at home today (got everything i need for biceps here).
-EZ bar standing curls:

I did go and get a membership to snap yesterday (summer special, too cheap to pass up). So that should destroy any gaps in motivation (i never waste money ). In fact i went and hit the gym today at 6 am after work, lol.
