Started off the day the same as usual; had some protein oatmeal and took my RK, fish oil, and multis. For lunch i had a chicken sandwich and my protein drink (lol).
As for my workout, today was a mixture some legs, cardio, and abs.
-Squats
--225x6
--245x6
--165x3
--275x3
-Cardio & leg mix
--Mile jog around the school (up and down stairs)
--Couple sets of just up and down stairs
-Ab workout
Today was more of a rest day, so i just did some random exercises.
I was also excited to find out that i got a package in the mail today. I got my product to log from iSatori .
