Just curious, 'cause I wake up at 6am and I don't want to have breakfast at 6 otherwise I'm having my 2nd meal by 9am. Usually I have a small low GI snack then at 8 I'll have breakfast.
Is it alright if I do this? Just wondering what everyone else does.
Also, btw, I got to bed around 11-11:30pm

I usually wake up at 5am. Get a post workout meal around 8am. At school till like 6pm. When I get home around 7, I shove my macros in before I head to bed by 9 or 10.
I guess you can say that I am semi-intermittent fasting lol.315b/405s/500d @ 168 bw (July-August 2013)
Goal by the end of the year: 335b/455s/525d @ 175 or below

9 egg whites contain approx 150cal bro. The first 60 minutes of waking up are the most important minutes of your day. During on-season you want to be doing your cardio, then immediately consume your meal 1. During off-season try to consume meal-1 within 45 minutes of waking. Meal-1 as all meals must contain good proteins from eggs, chicken, or if need be, protein powder.
