    Lose fat or bulk

    Thanks for linking - looks like you got a solid foundation under there man, I agree with Vaylor, I'd cut down to 200 and reassess from there.

    Yea I wreckin so from different people's advice. Any suggestions on the smartest way to go about this without losing to much mass. I'm actuall at a cal surplus at the moment. You recommend subtracting 500 or so ?

    whats your maintenance calories? subtract 500-1000 from that and re evaluate macros.

    1g protein per pound lean body mass and 0.5g fat per pound body weight

    keep lifting heavy to!

    Wouldn't we all... lol that's my long term goal as well. You will need to lose fat and gain muscle to achieve it. Basically I would cut your body fat down until you are fairly lean 10-12% then do some slow bulking up to around 15%. Just keep repeating that cycle until you are 210 @ 10. Allow an adequate amount of time!
