Unsure if I will make a new log, I probably wont.
I'm not even going to count calories, nly thing I do different on a cut is I start doing cardio.
Pretty much will be eating the same base 2000calories and maybe 500-600 uncounted for.
I'll be using the scale to adjust the amount of cardio to do.
Also,
I over ate today
Had: Soup, Orange& Guava Juice, an indian patty
