if you wanted like a hour consultation session or something I'd do it for the same amount as a session, which is $59 or lower, depending on how many you get. Typically for people I can't meet with in person I will write custom periodized training program and nutrition plan based on their goals, bodytype, metabolism, etc. Check out my website for more info on those!
