    full body routine 2 or 3 times a week?

    Is there any benefit over 3 times a week full body compared to twice? Started to be really busy recently and can not make it 3 times a week for a month or two ..

    Depends on how advanced you are... beginners should do 3x a week, intermediates and people who have been lifting for more then 2 years can get away with 2x a week.

    well yea.. for newbies you can increase strength on a 3x a week basis so therefore 3x a week is superior
