To elaborate and clarify:

http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocente...ins/vitaminB6/
Doses over 500mg/day have been shown to cause severe neruological damage in some patients; tests show that anything at or under 200mg/day is completely safe, but the FDA put the limit at 100mg/day b/c they found no benefit to taking more than 100mg/day, but thought it would be easy for people to "OD" on B6 and f*** up their brains.
EDIT: It does look like an awesome product though, otherwise, and I would almost definately buy it if someone could explain why there is so much B6 in this stuff. He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. - Psalms 18:34

I'm not trying to be a dick, but you should read the rest of the label.
They say to take that dose twice a day on days you work out, and three times a day on days you don't work out. That means 225mg/day on days you don't work out, which could theoretically put you at some kind of risk for neurological problems ... although I doubt it. That's why I posted the studies, where it seems that the problems only occurred in doses of over 500mg/day.Last edited by zbrewha863; 03-29-2009 at 10:32 AM.

I did actually catch it after I posted. I personally do not take the supps on days I not work out except sticking with my protein shakes and aminos. I seem to respond rather well to most supps.
I am currently waiting for my shipment of the Novatest and Eponox.
The Arimatest worked for me as well as far as strength gain.Last edited by HUGE101; 03-28-2009 at 09:13 PM.
