legs feeling terrible before squating, injury related?

Well i have 2 questions, before i squat and i get into my warm up squat sets, my legs feel like ****. the feel sore and tight when i go down, is this just because of a lack of stretching my quads? and my second question is, i strained my quad about 10 days ago while squatting, i no longer have pain when running or jumping, just like i mentioned some tightness and soreness in my quad, the only slight pain i have is right in my quad just above the knee when i do something sending my knee back explosively(like butt kickers) is it safe to return too full intensity workouts?
    Current-
    weight: 210
    bench:190
    squat: 315
    hexbar deadlift: 315x3
    power clean:185

    goals-
    bench: 225
    squat: 315
    power clean:185

As the saying goes, your first set is your worst while your last is the best.
Sounds normal to me, maybe try warming up a little longer/better if you're feeling tight.

Only you can tell if you're ready to go back to 100%.
Start off slow and work your way back up as long as you're not experiencing sharp pains.

Train consistently, move iron with purpose, eat well, sleep well and achieve.
