    Bulk or Cut? BF percentage estimate?

    I'm not happy with my pudgy-ness. I'm cutting so far and how much BF percentage could this be?
    I don't mind criticism , such as what I should work on etc.

    Imo slowly cut, summer is near, then after summer some bulking :P
    And for bf, i would say around 20%.
