    Keep bulking or cut???

    This is me ATM completely relaxed. During the afternoon on my rest day

    I'm 6 ft 2 and weighing 87.5kg ATM. Basically I am wanting to cut the bf around my abdomen to reveal my abs again. and looking at clean cutting for 2 months still training hard just upping my protein intake, been bulking for the last 4 months what do you think???

    It seems like you already know what you want to do. If you want to cut to see your abs, then do it. IMHO, the more you want something, the better the results are; it's the small choices that motivation makes that make a big difference over time. If you keep half-ass bulkin and are not that motivated, it would have been better to cut.

    Just don't think you will look swole after the cut, you'll just have dem abs.

    Isn't the whole point of bulking to cut when you lose your abs? Bit confused on this but thinking if I lean cut to see my abdomen I'll gain muscle over that 2 months also before I start bulk again. Cheers for the answers tho. Repped
