100mg pills do exist, just in case you didn't know. I've taken 400mg doses for studying, but not for working out. I will say that using Caffeine as a way to stay up/get ready for a workout after being up for 15 hours probably isn't a good idea.

That wouldn't certainly be way too much for me, but I'm sure others out their use this amount pre-workout.

Agreed! Some pre-workouts have 150-200mg of caffiene a serving and theres people taking more than 1 serving at a time.

you could also consider just using one caffeine pill and take some other bulk powders like Beta Alanine (endurance), Agamatine (if you lift weights), and/or Citrulline Malate (also if you lift weights), maybe even BCAA powder since you've been working 15 hours.

I've takin 600 mg a few times and my friend tried 700mg I really licked the 600mg but I am no doctor experiment at ur own risk

Im not to fussed on caffeine content in my diet. I always take 2 pills before workout. Gives me a bit of a kick as i have no pre workout sup

400mg is the minimum I need to feel caffeine.

Depends on your tolerance and how you handle stimulants OP. people do 400mg all the time, like stated above a large Starbucks contains that. I think a venti blondie from Starbucks is something like 600mg caffeine.

Assuming they are tabs you could always do 1.5 to see how you tolerate it.
