    can you gain fat even if you're exercising everyday ??

    can you gain fat even if you're exercising everyday ?? and how do you know that the weight you're gaining is muscle not fat without tests and other ways ?

    Yes. And you can pretty easily differentiate fat tissue from lean tissue simply by looking in the mirror. Say you gain 2 kg, and don't look fatter it's safe to assume you hypertrophied to a certain degree.

    Yes you can. I gained 15 lbs. over the summer while doing 2 hrs on the bike when I decided to quit smoking.

    ... are you agreeing or disagreeing with my statement? My contention was that you can gain fat whilst exercising it sounds like your trying to refute my claim by agreeing with it.
