    Squat explosiveness

How important is to explode and do it quick and fast when your coming up from the squat? Its really hard to do it when its heavy and your struggling with the reps.

Speed work/dynamic effort, Louie Simmons advocated it and JasonDB/ICF has a good video about it.

You could also do power/explosiveness exercises like the power clean for 1-2 reps or weak point training.
    Always learning.

    (For 5 reps)
    Squat - 110kg
    Deadlift- 115kg
    Bench Press - 65kg
    Overhead Press - 47.5kg

It isn't important at all if you have no performance goals. And depending on how heavy you mean by heavy, it'll be slower than normal anyway. Just make sure your form stays good.

Important for what? Bodybuilding? It doesn't matter so much.

I find it helps mentally, though. If you start your reps pushing as hard as you can, you tend to follow through with the rest of the set. If you push with minimum effort for the weight being used, you're more inclined to rack the weight once your legs start to burn. And by you, I really mean me.

It does and it doesn't. It's more about effort than it is how quick you are.
