did my first meet at the end of july and got an 1125. switched to sheiko right after the meet. had another meet in december and got an 1175. went 29,37,30,30,30,32. On the 32 cycle at the end, I abbreviated it and only did it for 3 weeks. for what it's worth, I should have gotten a 1200 but I bombed my first squat attempt, went 8/9 after that. I'm planning on running sheiko for most of this year, with a meet planned in late july.

Deadlift: 573
Total: 1295 at 217 (USPF Nationals, June 7th, 2014)
