    For those of you who have used sheiko, what were your results like? REPS

    I'm going to be starting sheiko a week from this Monday. For those who have used it, what were you're results like?*
    Bench: 300 pounds
    Squat: 430 pounds
    Deadlift: 500 pounds
    Total: 1220 pounds

    Squat from 165 to 180 kg. Bench press from 130 to 140 kg. Deadlift from 225 to 230 kg. And i did not do proper peaking i just made my PR-s in first week of #32 and then moved on.

    one of my friends just added 125lbs to his total running 37-32, granted its only a 900lb total
    gym lifts/competition lifts (singly ply)

    did my first meet at the end of july and got an 1125. switched to sheiko right after the meet. had another meet in december and got an 1175. went 29,37,30,30,30,32. On the 32 cycle at the end, I abbreviated it and only did it for 3 weeks. for what it's worth, I should have gotten a 1200 but I bombed my first squat attempt, went 8/9 after that. I'm planning on running sheiko for most of this year, with a meet planned in late july.
    Low bodyweight of the week: 205

    i did 10 weeks. didnt get much out of it, but my squat and bench form went from iffy to ****ing solid.
