Its been a long time since I have supplemented regularly. Age and a demanding job has kept me out of what used to be an addictive gym lifestyle. Bottom line is I am out of the loop and was curious as to what the top 5 fat burning supplements out there are right now??
*** and yes I realize I have a typo in the title but have no idea how to edit it. Its been that long.

Hey man, got to get ur diet first as no weight loss will occur without a caloric deficit. The nutritional section has a sticky for calculating macros and calories, so do check that out.
Im currently using dexamine by giant sports and its been suppressing my appetite really well which means i eat less per day.
I wouldnt say dexamine is the best as ITS THE ONLY FAT BURNER I TRIED, but it works. Im currently logging it, day 11 in and ive lost 3lbs( no water weight as i was cut and eating low sodium all along )hai guyz

I would advise starting small and adding in the "extra" help as you go. This obviously depends on the amount of weight you wish to lose and the amount of time in which you wish to do it. Start with a deficit and less conditioning. Increase conditioning and alter the diet as you go on. Then add in a fat burner if you wish (I liked Fat Free by AppNut when I used it) and additional non-stim fat loss supplements like SNS Reduce XT and TTA-500.
Changing your body is a long-term process. If you try to use everything at once, you're going to make it more difficult in the future. Small changes over time is the key, IMHO.
Edit: When I say conditioning, I mean cardio or other additional work to your training.EAS Myoplex® Representative

Hey there, I can't tell if you are a man or a woman from your profile. In case you are a woman, I recommend you stay away from Cellucor HD. It gave me hairloss, which stopped as soon as I stopped using Cellucor HD. I've used Cellucor D4 Therman Shock for two cycles last year. It really raised the temperature and was great at giving me extra energy to work out harder and longer, but it did nothing to suppress my appetite. So, it worked for me in terms of weight loss because I was able to work out daily for over an hour and go back the next day.

If you are running a calorie deficit and have your diet in check, I like ErgoShred, as it is a mild to moderate stim I find I get clean energy from it, no jitters, shakes or palpitations.
