I work up to 170x10 and calculators say its 227lbs but I can't imagine doing two plates. I should try next week
Dissolve my creatine into scalding hot water then chug it right away crew

going for 225 x 1 this week. Starting doing barbel bench Decemeber 5th.
Went from 155lb -> 205.

255, but thats on a perfect day, usually its around 245
It doesn't matter how much you can bench, as long as its less than your squat and deadlift. If you can bench more than those other two, you're a gym idiot (unless b/c of health reasons)

At 180lbs body weight did 1MR 290 flat. And 310 incline. Got solid upper chest and shoulders I guess. Need to wrk on flat

pretty sure mine is like 205-215. Maybe 225, but that's a hell of a stretch. Never tried a 1RM so i can't say for sure.

Not sure. Recently started benching again. I could probably bench around 240 for 1 clean rep.
I used to be able to bench 255x6 on the decline.*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*
