Serious question about calories
I'm a fairly avid gamer and play League of Legends quite regularly. I'm usually spam clicking the mouse and spamming the keyboard I'm guessing my heartrate can get into 90-100ish during teamfights and **** like that. I was wondering if one should count calories burned per hour playing the computer/typing as anything? Or if it fits in with the caloric burn from a "sedentary" lifestyle multiplier.

Bro, I'm currently 4x a week (the recommended especially for beginners). Was a serious question. Don't need to be so condescending.

I wasnt condescending.
Your worried about calorie burn when you should be focusing on a calorie surplus and an appropriate training program.
What does your routine look like? What is your calorie intake? What are your macros? You drinking a gallon to two gallons of water a day?

I'm eating a 500 surplus. Started a program last week, and it was just an inquisitive endeavor.

I would quit gaming in a whole. It wastes time. Decreases IRL skill while raising your ELO skill.
You probably have APT and I'd look to fix it.
Calories arent really burned during gaming sessions even if it's intense, it's counted as sitting down/sedentary activity - or inactivity.

Gaming is an awful waste of time. It builds an e-thug and troll-like character which is extremely bad in society.
If OP goes on saying umadbro on the internet, it's okay, but the moment he uses troll-like aspects IRL, he's going to get eithet shot, beaten up, never get a gf (sammich sexist joke that gamers always make).
Might as well apply for a part-time job and do well in studies while hitting the gym.
YThis is my opinion, you're all entitled to yours and I don't judge.
I like gaming on occasions too (bo2), don't get me wrong

If I were you, keep doing what you are doing for at least 3 weeks. If you are gaining about a 1/2 a pound to 1 pound a week, keep doing it.. if not, figure out whether you need to eat more/less from there. If you enjoy gaming, then do it.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
