I've been eating a lot of fast food lately to pack on calories. Drinking lots of soda, lots of starches, sodium, cholesterol, etc.. How long can I keep this up before it starts hurting my health? I dont plan on keeping it up for a long time, just for a bulk because I have a hard time eating a lot of healthy foods, I find it easy to get calories from fast food, soda, ice cream, etc.

Depends on the micronutrient profile of your diet as a whole and also macros. If you are exercising regularly, not consuming lots of artificial trans fats and eating a variety of micros you will be fine.

If you're watching macros, getting sufficient micros and exercising regularly you'll probably be fine, but there are plenty of calorie dense nutritious foods out there that you could be eating instead of fast food. IIFYM, flexible dieting or whatever you want to call it isn't a licence to just fill your diet with fast food.
