Where will deadlifts and squats go?
Days 6-7 are rest?

A pure newbie lifting since November 2012.
Nutrition Section is my home.
Beginning weight in Nov 2012: 142lbs
Currently on a Flat Bench Press mission.
Deadlift in Nov 2012 vs April 2013: 45lbs vs 320lbs (Repping out for now, focusing on bench)
Bench in Nov 2012 vs May 2013: 85lbs vs 205lbs

Ask how it sounds, yet list no actual exercises, sets, or reps..
I can handle pain, it's regret that I can't stand.

Your split is problematic. You will be doing chest the day after working your tris. This is my current split:
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Plug in your days off where you want.

Working straight through like that may be too intensive on the CNS and musculature/connective tissue, depending upon volume/intensity.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Gotcha...
I said trying something different because for the past 1yr 1/2 my routine...
Day 1 Shoulders
Day 2 Back & Tri's
Day 3 Chest & BI's
Day 4 Legs
1 or 2 days rest then repeat.
No need to list every single exercise but I'm doing 4x15's for each movement.

Out of curiosity, why are you doing 4x15 for everything?
-
oO TANK Oo
More importantly, why are you doing a split at all?

I met a Pro Builder threw one of my friends, and that's how they work out. And if you thinks that's something they do 4 sets of 100reps on legs presses!
Why not a split, isn't it time to witch things up?

Unless you're using the same "supplements", working out in the same manner as a Pro Bodybuilder may not be productive.
Base how you work out on your goals, progress, and recovery ability. Essentially, splits are most useful when you've developed to the point where you need to break your workout up to allow for longer recovery periods or to increase specialization.

Only thing he said he takes is Protein, he said he got into lifting after he came out the army.
The 15's aren't that bad but of course with some exercises the more weight you add you can only get 10 reps without sacrificing form.

Lol, people don't just come out and admit that they poke needles into their butts. It would be like pulling teeth to get someone to admit that they are juicing. 4x15 isn't a numer that works for most people (on all exercises across the board, at least). If I were you, I would jump on a workout program like the one's in the stickies. Look into a split later down the line.
