    Diet help

Will Moderate carbs on training day and very low carbs on off days mixed with fasting for atleast 12 hours and some HIIT cardio 4 days a week for 8 min help me lose fat. Or would it be better to do very low carbs for 6 days then carb load one day and repeat?

None of that matters as energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what govern.
