    Assault Labs Msten Extreme Mass Builder Review

    Hello everyone!

    Before I begin I just wanna thank strongsupplementshop.com for letting me test and review their product. I'll leave links at the bottom so you guys could take a closer look at them.

    I'll be reviewing Assault Labs Msten Extreme Mass Builder (Methylstenbolone 4mg). I'm starting this tomorrow (Monday January 21,2013), and am planning to go 8/12/12/16.

    I'm using this for a bulk (college life=dirty bulk). In addition to the Msten I will be running Vital Labs Protex at 2 caps a day.

    Other supps I will be using are:
    Jack3d
    Dymatize Elite Fusion- 7
    Fish Oil
    Daily Vitamin
    ZMA

    Ill be getting about 4000 in a day. My main goal is to put on about 10 or so pounds then after this go on a cut.

    Currently weighing in at around 151lbs
    height 6'1
    age 20
    Body fat: Unknown

    I'll be posting in this every Monday, Thursday and Saturday and I'll post new pics every Saturday to see how everything is looking!

    Well tomorrow is Chest Day (the best day) so I'll let you know how everything is then!

    Day 1

    Okay Day 1 is over!

    I decided to switch my dosage to 12/16/20/20

    Took 1 Msten at 10am w/ protex, 2pm and 7pm w/ protex

    Today I did chest
    Bench-150x10, 155x10, 160x6
    Incline- 105x10, 110x10, 115x10
    Decline Dumbbell- 50x10, 50x10, 55x10
    Dumbbell Bench- 45x10, 50x10, 55x10
    Incline Flies- 25x10, 30x10 (I planned on doing 3 sets of 10 but I had horrible shoulder pain)
    Finished up with some pushups

    Well I don't really feel anything yet but it's only Day 1 Back tomorrow!

    - so this looks like a pro hormone....not sure what a "Extreme mass" builder would be

    You look like this could help. Take advantage of it man, really do, thats awsome you got this.

    Started with some pullups to get warmed up
    Barbell Row 105x10, 110x9, 115x6
    TBar Row 45x10, 50x8, 55x8
    Pulldowns 100x10, 110x8, 120x6 dropset to 100x5
    Seated Row 90x10, 100x10, 110x10
    Good Mornings 95x10, 105x10, 115x10
    Dumbbell Row 40x10, 45x10

    *Had some bad smelling gas...

    Day 3

    Squat 175x10, 185x10, 195x10 (Always had Chicken legs)
    Leg Extensions 60x10, 70x10, 75x10
    Seated Leg Curls 80x10, 90x10, 100x10
    Hack Squats(weight of machine not included) 50x10, 60x10, 70x10
    Calf Raises (Leg Press Machine) 3 sets of 160 for 12 reps
    Seated Calf Raises 3 sets of 65 for 10 reps

    Day 4
    *** I felt extremely tired today, I think it's just from the late night workouts. Ended up sleeping through the day, but made up for it on Day 5 with biceps***

    Day 5

    Military Press 100x10, 105x10, 110x8
    Side Lateral Raises 10x10, 15x10, 15x10
    Front Lateral Raise 15x10, 20x10 (Strict Form)
    EZ-Bar Upright Row 60x10, 70x10, 70x10
    Dumbbell Shrug 60x10, 65x10, 65x10
    One Arm Standing Press 25x10, 30x10, 35x10
    Barbell Curl 60x10, 65x6, 65x4
    Alt Dumbbell Curl 25x10, 30x10, 30x8

    *I was way too beat to even attempt Triceps but that's what I get for sleeping thru yesterday!*

    Overall, I haven't noticed any huge differences. :/

    Sorry I haven't put pics up yet, I've been so busy moving into the dorm room and unpacking and what not.

    Well today I felt like a f***ing tank in the gym

    Incline 115x10, 125x10, 135x10 (Had to do this first bc it was so crowded)
    Bench 155x10, 165x6, 165x5
    Decline Dumbbell Press 55x10, 60x8, 60x6
    Dumbbell Bench 55x10, 60x8, 65x6
    Incline Flies 30x10, 30x10, 35x10

    *Muscles feel more full and had a nice pump*

    I took 2 pills this morning and i took another 2 post workout!

    Nice log!! I am day 6 of Xtreme mass myself!!

    I'd like to see your pics. I am having the same gas issues. Is this your first PH cycle because I am not sure you need the jack3d.....??

    I attend West Chester U and the gym they have here is absolute garbage NO ACTUAL LAT PULLDOWN!

    Day 10

    Today i did my first set of squats and I had the absolute worst cramp in my hamstring I couldn't even continue! I stretched, warmed up and everything but I ended up just doing extensions, this f***ed up everything!!

    Day 11

    *Felt so GOOD today, it was unreal
    Military Press 110x10, 115x9, 120x3
    Side Lateral Raises 12.5x10, 15x10,15x12
    Front Lateral 25x10, 25x10, 30x10 (cheated a little on last two)

    My Dosage is now at 20 mgs a day 3 in the morning and 2 at night!

    By the time, I was done with classes and work and everything, the gym had already been closed.. and i wonder why i have small legs!

    **Overall, as of right now I'm killin it! I feel great! I would recommend it. I still have one week left and my bench is already up 20lbs!
