Before I begin I just wanna thank strongsupplementshop.com for letting me test and review their product. I'll leave links at the bottom so you guys could take a closer look at them.
I'll be reviewing Assault Labs Msten Extreme Mass Builder (Methylstenbolone 4mg). I'm starting this tomorrow (Monday January 21,2013), and am planning to go 8/12/12/16.
I'm using this for a bulk (college life=dirty bulk). In addition to the Msten I will be running Vital Labs Protex at 2 caps a day.
Other supps I will be using are:
Dymatize Elite Fusion- 7
Ill be getting about 4000 in a day. My main goal is to put on about 10 or so pounds then after this go on a cut.
Currently weighing in at around 151lbs
Body fat: Unknown
I'll be posting in this every Monday, Thursday and Saturday and I'll post new pics every Saturday to see how everything is looking!
Well tomorrow is Chest Day (the best day) so I'll let you know how everything is then!

Okay Day 1 is over!
I decided to switch my dosage to 12/16/20/20
Took 1 Msten at 10am w/ protex, 2pm and 7pm w/ protex
Today I did chest
Bench-150x10, 155x10, 160x6
Incline- 105x10, 110x10, 115x10
Decline Dumbbell- 50x10, 50x10, 55x10
Dumbbell Bench- 45x10, 50x10, 55x10
Incline Flies- 25x10, 30x10 (I planned on doing 3 sets of 10 but I had horrible shoulder pain)
Finished up with some pushups
Well I don't really feel anything yet but it's only Day 1 Back tomorrow!

*** I felt extremely tired today, I think it's just from the late night workouts. Ended up sleeping through the day, but made up for it on Day 5 with biceps***

Sorry I haven't put pics up yet, I've been so busy moving into the dorm room and unpacking and what not.
Well today I felt like a f***ing tank in the gym
Incline 115x10, 125x10, 135x10 (Had to do this first bc it was so crowded)
Bench 155x10, 165x6, 165x5
Decline Dumbbell Press 55x10, 60x8, 60x6
Dumbbell Bench 55x10, 60x8, 65x6

*Muscles feel more full and had a nice pump*
I took 2 pills this morning and i took another 2 post workout!

I attend West Chester U and the gym they have here is absolute garbage NO ACTUAL LAT PULLDOWN!
Today i did my first set of squats and I had the absolute worst cramp in my hamstring I couldn't even continue! I stretched, warmed up and everything but I ended up just doing extensions, this f***ed up everything!!
*Felt so GOOD today, it was unreal
