I am just a few months away from becoming a qualified PT/nutritional consultant.
I was wondering if there are any good apps that I can use for my clients instead of having notes everywhere. Something that has a weekly exercise plan and food plans etc and is easily accessable on my Ipad?
Any advice would greatly appreciated.
