    Endomorph Macros

I was searching around and I've seen a lot of people backing up that a good macro ratio for an endomorph is 35% protein, 25% carbs, and 40% fat. If endomorphs put on/hold the most fat how come the fat ratio is so high?

Firstly, you're not an "endomorph" because ****totypes are a myth.

Next, do not use ratios to compose the macronutrient composition of your diet as doing so does not take into account physiological sufficiency.

Lastly, to learn how to compose a proper diet, start here.
