So am bulking atm, I wanna gain around 5kg/11lbs in 12 weeks, I went to the website WeightGainCalculator filled in the info.. told me I had to eat 4,500 cals a day to achieve my goal, how the fack is that possible, and I'm trying to clean not dirty bulk, I've been eating around 3,500 cals a day and I thought that was too much..

try being consistent at 3500 for a month, unless youre on your feet activly for like 5 hrs a day you prob dont need 4000+

lol no. Please stop with this clean bulk/dirty bulk. Clean bulk does not mean eating clean foods there aren't even such things as clean foods, you EAT WHATEVER THE **** you want to eat as long as IIFYM. Dirty bulk just means eating a lot more than you would in a clean bulk.

Hmmm, why do LISS 3 times a weak? To me, it just sounds detrimental to building the muscle you want. Also, 4k+ for someone of your size seems like overkill, in my opinion. Being someone who just came off not the cleanest bulk, but not awful, not even counting calories and stuffing everything in my face, I'd say go slow and steady and you'll like the results better, anyway.

Lot of scoops of peanut butter with lots of milk. Also try blending milk, bananas, olive oil, peanut butter, yogurt ect. You could easily get you 1500 cals making one of those shakes. Take one in the morning before work or school and one when you get home along with dinner. An easy 3000 calories right their

you prob dont need 4k cals if you only weigh 160lbs
this was my 3500 cal diet
meal 1
8 egg omelet onion,mushrooms and spinach ,cooked in olive oil
2 prices of whole meal toast with butter
meal 2
half a chicken (around 500-600 g chicken)
2 sweet potatoes
broccoli and cauliflower
meal 3
tin of tuna
2 sweet potaoes
sweet corn and tomato
meal 5
2 peices of whole meal bread
coupple of scoops of peanut butter and jam
meal 5
300g tub of cottage cheese
2 glass's of milk
1 banana

Now that I think about it, 4k cals isen't really that high for me, before when I didn't diet I ate alot, like alot.. and I didn't gain weight, my whole family dont have as high metobalism as me, when I was a kid around 11 my doctor also said it would be hard for me to gain weight. And I were also skinny like zyzz skinny.

I once ate 5000 calories even though I only needed 3.8k to bulk by adding two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And by these sandwiches I mean six tablespoons of jelly and peanut butter.

f*ck you people with metabolisms. My maintenance is only 2200 calories per day. Im cutting at 1800 right now. So far today ive only had 2 egg mcmuffins and an effin protein shake and im well over half my calories. Tis suckish cause im one of those people who could eat allll day everyday and never feel full
