    how the fack am I supposed to eat 4k+ cals?

    So am bulking atm, I wanna gain around 5kg/11lbs in 12 weeks, I went to the website WeightGainCalculator filled in the info.. told me I had to eat 4,500 cals a day to achieve my goal, how the fack is that possible, and I'm trying to clean not dirty bulk, I've been eating around 3,500 cals a day and I thought that was too much..

    im eating around 3.8 - 4 k calories. 1500 from milk, and other from real food. Tuna, chicken, some sandwiches and etc. Good luck lol

    Well my metobalism is pretty high, I do LISS 2-3 times a week. Whole body twice a week, except legs, only once a week.

    lol no. Please stop with this clean bulk/dirty bulk. Clean bulk does not mean eating clean foods there aren't even such things as clean foods, you EAT WHATEVER THE **** you want to eat as long as IIFYM. Dirty bulk just means eating a lot more than you would in a clean bulk.

    I've been eating above that since September. Just eat a ton and stop worrying about "eating clean". Also shakes help. Milk, whey, peanut butter, ice cream, fruit, oats can be 1k.

    I was just throwing out numbers to reach a macro knowing they would change...I don't see why someone couldn't eat 2 grams per lb of body weight though. I do almost everyday.

    Hmmm, why do LISS 3 times a weak? To me, it just sounds detrimental to building the muscle you want. Also, 4k+ for someone of your size seems like overkill, in my opinion. Being someone who just came off not the cleanest bulk, but not awful, not even counting calories and stuffing everything in my face, I'd say go slow and steady and you'll like the results better, anyway.

    you think 4,000 is bad. I need 6000 to gain weight. sucks. 5000 calories on rest days, where i literally just sit at home relaxing all day

    Lot of scoops of peanut butter with lots of milk. Also try blending milk, bananas, olive oil, peanut butter, yogurt ect. You could easily get you 1500 cals making one of those shakes. Take one in the morning before work or school and one when you get home along with dinner. An easy 3000 calories right their

    you prob dont need 4k cals if you only weigh 160lbs
    this was my 3500 cal diet

    Now that I think about it, 4k cals isen't really that high for me, before when I didn't diet I ate alot, like alot.. and I didn't gain weight, my whole family dont have as high metobalism as me, when I was a kid around 11 my doctor also said it would be hard for me to gain weight. And I were also skinny like zyzz skinny.

    OP: To eat 4000 calories a day, you simply consume food throughout the day until youve eaten 4000 calories worth.
    Same deal with individual macros, just requires a little bit of planning.

    I once ate 5000 calories even though I only needed 3.8k to bulk by adding two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And by these sandwiches I mean six tablespoons of jelly and peanut butter.

    f*ck you people with metabolisms. My maintenance is only 2200 calories per day. Im cutting at 1800 right now. So far today ive only had 2 egg mcmuffins and an effin protein shake and im well over half my calories. Tis suckish cause im one of those people who could eat allll day everyday and never feel full

    Man, I need 4.5k and that is pretty hard for me when my college only offered meals around 600 cals each generally. Luckily they put in a new Chic-Fil-A and a buffet. Hasn't been too hard since.
