This video is not the best representation for good olympic squats but for the most part the high bar squat is a thing of beauty. Are there any olympic lifters that have participated in powerlifting that have done well using high bar atg squats in meets?

Incredibly low bar, close grip, in a suit and tight knee wraps
Nothing about that is oly whatsoever. Its jut an IPF style squat, not a mono lift squat
edit- didn't realize it was his 400 at 100 raw. Thought it was his 430 at 100 single ply. Still, not an Oly squatterLast edited by Torrtrefireto; 01-21-2013 at 09:05 AM.
