I feel like a total noob for asking this, but if I don't ask, I won't know.
Can I make up shakes for the week on monday and keep them refrigerated
or am I better to make them every day?
Cheers

Just make them everyday man it's not too much time to spend like 1-2 minute to make a couple of shakes each day.

honestly, if you mix them far in advance. Depending on the product the stuff will probably just separate over time anyways, thus you will have to do the shaking over again, which is not bad at all. But it only takes a few seconds with a blender bottle. I'd say just do it at the time of need.
