Just wanted to bow down and offer my immortal soul to the people on this site who consistently advise and offer guidance to newcomers.
For those that didn't know, I used to lift some 15 years ago and have only just got back into it. However, for the first time ever i'm watching what I eat as well as training hard.
I took a photo of myself on 10 December and after projectile vomiting at the wife, undertook a pledge to make a serious change. While I still have much to do, I took a snap this morning and was pleased as punch with the progress.
I wouldn't be achieving this without the advice from you guys, so give yourselves a clap, pat yourselves on the back, jerk off, I don't really care. Just know that i'm grateful for the information i've read on these forums.

I did the work but I still needed advice on how to get the best out of that effort. The stickies and various posts gave me that.
That's coming from the master! It's an exciting road ahead.
I knew something was going on as my ears were burning. Glad I could be of use - if it's ok with you I think i'll stick with the lesbian section of Redtube ;-)
Thanks to everybody else too for the words of encouragement. Strangely enough i've only lost 2lbs in weight but i'm assuming that will be noob muscle gains whilst losing fat.Accept difference. Not indifference.
