    Fat lose help

Will Moderate carbs on training day and very low carbs on off days mixed with fasting for atleast 12 hours and some HIIT cardio 4 days a week for 8 min help me lose fat. Or would it be better to do very low carbs for 6 days then carb load one day and repeat?

Eat 1g of protein per pound of lbm, eat .4g of fat per pound of lbm. Fill the rest with carbs. Eat within a 20% calorie deficit daily while lifting weights. All you need to do homey. This carb cycling crap is just another fad. Fasting is just preference on when you eat, because it's NET calories in vs. calories out. HIIT is good to do for cardiovascular health. Don't rely on it for fat loss.

inb4 you don't need to cut carbs to lose weight
Yes I know I am fat and weak. I'm working on it.
    I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

The whole "carbs are evil" mentality is one of the most frustrating things to deal with when trying to help people. The reality is carbs should be an afterthought and used to fill calories after protein and fat requirements are met.
