    How will rest day work?

    So quick question guys. I workout 6 days a week at 5am every morning. IV calculated my maintenance to be 2164 kcal which is 10% for those 6 training days. I take one rest day at a -30% which turns into 1377.6kcal for rest days. Question is because the surpluses the 6 days in a row and the one low day would the rest day really do anything?
