    Groce. If you're gonna eat oats at least go for steel cut. Personally i'd go for buckwheat, millet, teff, or amaranth instead though.

    Also if you're gonna eat quinoa or lentils you want to soak and sprout them first to neutralize the phytic acid which binds to minerals and decreases absorption. Couscous is groce, don't eat grains if you value your health.
