For the phaggots that dont like Oats, I AWARE YOU on Quinoa
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quinoa

- The Incas, who held the crop to be sacred, referred to quinoa as chisaya mama or 'mother of all grains'
Quinoa was of great importance in the diet of pre-Columbian Andean civilizations, secondary only to the potato, and was followed in importance by maize. In contemporary times, quinoa has become highly appreciated for its nutritional value, as its protein content is very high (14% by mass), yet not as high as most beans and legumes. Nutritional evaluations of quinoa indicate that it is a source of complete protein. Furthermore, it is a good source of dietary fiber and phosphorus and is high in magnesium and iron. Quinoa is also a source of calcium, and thus is useful for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.Quinoa is gluten-free and considered easy to digest. Because of all these characteristics, quinoa is being considered a possible crop in NASA's Controlled Ecological Life Support System for long-duration human occupied spaceflights.

the fact that it lowers cholesterol is well known.. however i'm not sure that it would lower it to a degree that it actually affects testosterone levels.. i think that's just speculation.
testosterone itself is over-hyped as fuk..

I eat quinoa every other day. Its heaven. It's a complete amino acid protein source, lot of carbs and lots of fiber.

I myself take a lot of carbs in liquid form like that during a bulk because it lets me get them in without feeling full.. I eat several "whole meal" carb sources as well.. but taking some carbs in the form of liquid or fruit makes it much more comfortable..
I reverse this during cutting.. taking some from fibrous sources like veges..
I take fiber from beans and fruit when bulking again because u can get more in..

Bro do you even?
Oats are fuking disgusting but they work. I make 2 shakes every day. 2 scoops whey + 1 cup oats = 500 calls a piece
I use a coffee grinder to turn them into powder
