Hi, I just got the Scivation Xtend powder, I'm wondering what you guys think would be the best time to take it, and how much of it. When I wake up, pre workout, during, and/or post workout, etc. How many scoops and whatnot. And would you recommend taking anything else with it such as certain vitamins. I'm about 125 lbs if that helps for your suggestions. Just trying to get an idea, thanks!

Xtend is a great choice for BCAA's. I like to use them before and during fasted workouts. I like to mix two scoops of Xtend into my shaker before I leave for the gym. I drink half of it before my workout and then refill the shaker once I get to the gym. I then drink the remaining scoop over the course of my workout.
