I personally love me some Cottage Cheese, you can mix protein into it just fine.
Just curious, why are you planning on picking up a powdered carb product?

You know I'm not completely positive I mean the gainer has enough carbs, I was thinking of using it pre-workout with either a whey shake or with oj and creatine and to help boost my macros.Originally Posted by BigBoLuke93
