OT: i wonder how shredded he'll get when he actually starts to tune it in. been consistently been stage ready for weeks and weeks now

Never noticed the gyno on him so not distracting at all. Not long untill we find out how good his shape is going to be at the Arnold. I really hopes he gets on 100% because I'm really starting to become a fan of him; such a great personality and not even talking about the classic shape this dude has.

Yes it is. He's had mild gyno for as long as I can remember. Like Tim said its not distracting from his physique though.

Were you ever that lean? Was the puffiness and water under your nipples still there? If yes, then you actually do probably have mild gyno. If you've never been that lean or at least close to it, then you may not have gyno and may just be predisposed to hold more fat/water under your nipples. Usually a sign of higher estrogen levels iirc

if it 'looks' like gyno.. it most definitely is, even if its just a mild case. no big deal if it doesn't impact the physique overall, like in ced's case

He's looking great, as far as the gyno I recall him taking care of it awhile ago must be prone to it

The longer you stay lean the better you look, I know a guy who competes and he says he grows into the show keeping a low bf and gains some lbm

when youre on the doses they are on, its pretty hard for them to gain a significant amount of fat, when you see pros in the off season doing guest posing they look like they are fat but its really more water retention than fat

This. It ain't distracting. Also wanna see what kinda shape he'll come in at considering how lean he's been. Hopefully it helps him come in tighter while maintaining his crazy fullness.
