To be honest I think you will need more than 14 weeks to be shredded. I think 18-22 would be perfect. Of course its not impossible, but you will have to suffer a bit and not cheat.

I definitely won't be having any cheat meals or skipping workouts. As ive said im gonna train with the intentions of entering but if im not ready ill hold off for another comp.

That quick 8 lb weight loss seems to have leveled out a bit now. Im putting it down to a short and dramatic drop of excess carbs, and now weight loss seems to have leveled out to a "normal" rate.

Thoughts
Too soon to prep. U have good size, take your time over the next year to eat clean and lose a little at at time so when it comes time to show, 12 weeks out u will be in a good place to be ready around 4 weeks, then it's just like landing a plane, no reason to drop sooo fast where u are now and sacrifice muscle. Just my .02
