I hope you all doing great and having nice healthy life
i just wanna share with you guys and girls simple exercise i try it and its help me to increase my bench press and almost all upper body exercise
thats its push ups yeah and you can do it many ways but what i try is this : 5 sets of 20 reps and every two weeks i increase the reps 5 each sets
so i start it about month now 5 sets 10 reps and now i do it 20 reps each sets and its work with me very well
and remmember every time you get stronger you will be able to do more my advice is to increase your reps 5 every sets every two weeks
so you will be stronger lift heaver and with good nutrition you will gain mass
