    Lots of favorites - ground sirloin, beef tenderloin, salmon, chicken, eggs, pork tenderloin, roast beef, tuna, sole, trout and various other kinds of fish, milk, cottage cheese. Probably forgot some but those are the usual.

    I have made my own peanut butter cups with protein powder but quest nutrition makes some also and they are 20 g of protein and only 2 g of carbs. Nice to have something sweet when cutting

    I work three days a week as a PE teacher at a primary school and it's always hard to find time to eat there. Initially I took protein powder in baggies (kept a shaker bottle in my cupboard) but now I'm on keto diet I had to find something else that was easy and portable. Consequently, I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs. I also take packets of roasted turkey or chicken chunks.
    At home I eat tuna straight out of the can with a splash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil (I drizzle MCTs on there as well nowadays) - I call it tuna a la can.
    I usually base bigger meals around mince - either turkey leg or beef (which are both relatively cheap). You can mix it with whatever flavourings and spices you like to create something a bit different each time.
    Should also add that, as I'm single, I only ever cook for myself so it's not like I have to worry about making stuff other people will want to eat.
