My girl wants to start taking a low cal/fat/sugar protein powder/shake because she is starting to get more into lifting. The only problem is that she is worried about gaining mass. She is tiny and wants to stay that way (5'1'' 97lbs). She basically wants to make sure she can still fit into all her clothes comfortably lol.
For now I told her she just has to keep up on working out to make sure she burns off the extra calories she is taking in. I personally am trying to gain gain gain, so not too great with the losing part lol. Is this info I gave her enough? Or is there more I should tell her? Am I wrong?
