It's a different federation that holds no affiliation with the IFBB. If you wanted to become an IFBB pro, you'd still have to qualify through the corresponding amateur affiliate. Such as, NPC (USA), CBBF (Canada), UKBFF (UK), or IFBB amateur (internationally).
