    Smile Ol Man with Supplements question?

    I'm almost 65 (29th Jan) and workout three (3) time a week at our local Courthouse fitness center. I did a three (3) day a week walking program for over a year and my weight went from a 270+ down to my current 218. I now do Cardio (treadmill, etc.), weight training, and yoga. Looking for supplement suggestions. Thanks ~ Rich

    As everyone stated before, Powercage hit the nail on the head(although im not sure what coQ10 is). Also, if you have troubled joints, I would recommend Glucosamine-Chrondroitin Complex. Available at your local supermarket and health stores. Congrats on the weight loss!

    At the very least I would take an amino acid supplement before and after the weight training workouts. Whatever products you decide to go with I suggest you discuss them with your doctor before use.

    Agreed. Decide what products you would like to use and research the ingredients to learn how they affect the body. Do not ask your doctor for supplement advice. Tell them what products you plan to use to make sure they will not have an impact on any existing health conditions or medications.
