I'm almost 65 (29th Jan) and workout three (3) time a week at our local Courthouse fitness center. I did a three (3) day a week walking program for over a year and my weight went from a 270+ down to my current 218. I now do Cardio (treadmill, etc.), weight training, and yoga. Looking for supplement suggestions. Thanks ~ Rich
