Brb, 3 hours of full body today. Doing KOHT and the session consists of:
Squats
Leg Press
Lying Leg Curls
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Lat Pulldown
Rows
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Face Pulls
CG Bench Press
DB Extensions
DB Curls
Hammer Curls
Shrugs

You will adapt. An Upper/lower is better for beginners looking strictly for hypertrophy though imo
