I thought full bodys were for newbies only? and you definatly aren't a noobie why not just do his 3 on 1 off instead of full body? (not criticizing Just wanna know so I see if it could also be beneficial to me)And your body will always adapt I'm sure.

I have only been training for 6 months , and I have weak ass lifts .
I love 3 on 1 off, but 6 days a week while In senior year is too much

In other words you work out quite abit so I'm surprised your feeling wrecked after 90 minutes bud, keep doing it and ull get use to it bro

I eat a ~1000 calorie meal 60-90 minutes beforehand.
Also, you should adapt to it after several weeks.

Squats
Leg Press
Lying Leg Curls
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Lat Pulldown
Rows
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Face Pulls
CG Bench Press
DB Extensions
DB Curls
Hammer Curls
Shrugs

i started full body last week, the first day, well the day after, i couldnt even move, but the soreness started to go away

Probably the dumbest day ever. After 10 exercises I wouldn't be able to do a close grip bench
