Yeah man, I made the image. I propped up my old Team Muscle Tech shirt behind the Anabolic Halo as a back drop and took the shot with my phone. Then I faded the edges giving it that polished look it deserves.

Whenever I mix it up at the gym people wonder what it is. I have also had people close to me comment that they are seeing me shape out again and wonder what supplements I'm taking. Co workers ALWAYS want to know if something new is in the gym bag.

•I have surprised them all by telling them that Halo is the ONLY post workout supplement I am taking right now. No individual Creatine, BCAA's, Recovery or Carb Powders/Drinks. In the past my bag stayed full of different stuff for post workout, and right now its Just Anabolic Halo and protein for between meals.
•I then give out a pretty good sales pitch about how much money you can save by just taking this for all your post workout needs.
•The winner is letting someone get a whiff of the chocolate powder before its mixed. I go on and on about how great it tastes to have ALL this awesomeness in it! And that I haven't been hindered by DOMS since I started Anabolic Halo.
•I have sold people on Cell Tech since 1999-2000 when I worked at a gym ordering it for people at a discount. So far so good with Halo!

Arms Biceps and Triceps. I worked Triceps today with Biceps because my chest still feels worked. This helped me target and isolate the Triceps movement and use better form
•Super sets with standing curl bar to failure
I started with 70lb DB's repping to failure with no rest between sets.
70/90/100/80/ all to failure at weight
    •3min rest
70/60/50/80/ all to failure at weight
    •3min rest
90/70/50/60 all to failure at weight

    •Concentration Curls
    60lbs x 10
    50lbs x 08
    50lbs x 05

•Tricep Push Downs "palms down fingers out"
    150lbs x 20
    175lbs x 15
    175lbs x 10
    225lbs x 05
    225lbs x 01
    •3min rest
Tricep Push down with pistol grip "arms are shot at this point tonight"
    100lbs x 10
    80lbs x 08
    80lbs x 05
    80lbs x 01
I tried to finish the night with another round of curls but my arms were like jello. Had a hard time changing shirts, and extending my arm to drink my Halo.

    •supps
Anabolic Halo Post Workout 2 scoops
    Magnum Heat and Magnum Acid
    Protein Powder

    Breakfast - Protein Bar
    Mid Morning - Protein Powder
    Lunch 1.25lbs Chicken and Beans
    Mid Afternoon Protein Shake

    Anabolic Halo Notes
    • I have been impressed that I have had no joint pain, cramps or DOMS set in since taking this product and my pumps last longer after a workout.

Mirin' the seafood dinner, and of course the lift as well.

Great to see Anabolic Halo is helping in alleviating DOMS. The big thing, as you mentioned above, is how Anabolic Halo really can replace multiple supplements for you. Glad it's working out for you!

Chest is still fluttering and it has been almost 2hrs since workout.

Food. BUSY DAY No matter how prepared you are. There is no such thing as having too much protein powder on you. I'm going to be out quick at this rate
    Breakfast-Protein Shake 2 scoops
    MidMorning Snack-Protein Shake
Lunch-Hot Chicken/ Chicken Tenders, Fries, and Cole Slaw
    Mid Afternoon Snack 0
    Dinner 0 so far

Supps. MuscleTechs Anabolic Halo Post Workout
Magnums Heat 15 minutes before Breakfast,Lunch 'will have a late dinner' Probably more chicken.
Magnums Acid 15 minutes before workout on the way to gym

Anabolic Halo has me looking pumped. I'm holding my weight even while taking Magnums Heat and Acid. Pants are looser and shirts tighter, but the scale has not moved much. I have to think that the quick "beefy look" is results from 2 scoops of Halo after each workout. Its a shame this stuff will be empty soon.

I went to the gym tonight and decided to hit shoulders again because they are not feeling as worked as I would like. Who knows, could be because Halo is really kicked in now or I didnt hit them as hard as I should have the other day.

Side Lateral Machine "left shoulder not feeling like it needed to pushed tonight at this point"

Shrugs with DB's "just for the seperation pump"

Dinner 2 slices of PapaJohns "I was a guest and thats what they had to eat and I was STARVING!
All of this dirty food and my calories are still to low but Oh well.........

•MuscleTechs Anabolic Halo post workout 2 scoops within 5 minutes of my last set
•Magnums Heat 15 minutes before Breakfast and 15 minutes before workout

    Anabolic Halo's Report
I love the taste and mixability. If you have read any of my posts then you know this already. My Tub is looking thin and my fist will not fit into the top to scoop it out. I have to tilt it and shake it. Other than that its a great ride so far! I would recomend this to anyone looking to put on some size. I have maintained my weight and my waist is trimming up!
    •Thanks again guys.

~lol~ I do to. I am trying to figure out a healthy way to enjoy Super Bowl Sunday. I guess I could line up a bunch of shot glasses full of protein samples. But that would be to expensive. Or maybe have someone pick up some Amino Energy and have them made into Amino Energy jello shots?

    1. Thanks, thats awesome you could replace all that!
    2. Again thanks appreciate it
3 and 4 also a thanks and thats awesome, i have done that for people before off bodybuilding.com
So you like our cell-tech also?
Cell Tech was the first Hardgainer Creatine that had noticeable benefits quick. The members at the gym I worked at wanted immediate results. This helped motivate them, and before you know it word got around. Cell Tech is still here. You know, back then BB.com's order page was more like a simple spreadsheet with a list of products and comparable savings. You had to find what you were looking for. MuscleTech was new to the scene and I think CellTech has been a huge success.
With the size I have kept and the lack of joint aches, DOMS, or muscle cramps. I can see Anabolic Halo making a HUGE name for its self also. Just the fact that it more than helps with DOMS alone is a selling point. Not to mention all of the other added benefits!

    Nothing fancy today
Had one hour to use the gym. No particular area of interest. Just pec deck and cardio. Did not think I would be able to go today but I found 1 hour!.........awesome............
    Peck Deck
    175x20/14/10/5/3
    150x15/10/05
    100x10/09/03

    Cardio
    Eliptical 45 minutes

Only had dinner tonight...... It was one of those days.
I made up for it. Get this....... 4 Sloppy Joes!

    Supps.
1 scoop of MuscleTech's Anabolic Halo after pec deck, before cardio
    Magnums Acid before sloppy joes
Magnums Heat this morning, and then had to skip breakfast..... The energy was great!
Magnums Heat again before I walked in the gym.

Have a good night and Happy Ground Hogs Day....sweet! Springs gonna be early.....
    •Anabolic Halo
I still feel pumped. So thanks for that.

~lol~ yeah, my hand looks like a crab claw trying to get a scoop out. But your right, the product is pretty amazing. I have to work even harder because DOMS isn't kicking me in the butt any more, telling me I had a descent workout. Have to rely on the extended pump.

I have noticed some nice gains in strength and I love the taste. Its just amazing how great it tastes with all of the active ingredients! No DOMS or ridiculous soreness. Pumps are lasting much longer. I hate to see the bottom of the container so quick though. The mix ability is crazy awesome!

Its my last week before I start cutting man. Everything is about to be Turkey, Chicken, Egg Whites, and Rice again. But I will throw in a massive steak here and there. Especially since that ground hog missed his shadow. Time to put away the deep fryer and get out the charcoal grill. To be honest with you. I only used the deep fryer this year for Thanksgiving. I eat Turkey every bland way you can eat turkey, all year..... So come November~
No matter what. I shall Deep Fry My Turkeys at Thanksgiving without fail!!!!!!!!

I think the Tub should be 5lbs so it would last a bit longer. I look forward to the chocolate goodness of Anabolic Halo after a workout. And DOMS have been replaced by a good pump!

Oooh, same here! Except I eat chicken & sweet potatoes more than turkey/rice.
Haha, it gets pretty depressing eating bland food all the time... but listening to some loud music helps
Well good luck on your transformation!!
