First day of Ergo log.
Started my Ergotest today.
I have a pretty basic training regimine.
Chest/ Shoulders (I don't pound shoulders to hard as they are a strong point for me and grow pretty easy)
Back
Arms
Legs
I get some treadmill work in as time allows, I dont have certain training days and rest days. With the way that I work I base my training on my work load. as some days I work a normal 8 and others I can work 15 and I go for stretches to where I work 7 days a week so every week is different I just shoot for getting each body part worked at least once per 7 day stretch.
Diet is pretty much eat what I want right now, I try not to get too carried away with it and I hover around 200-205 pounds until sometime march / april then I start cleaning it up and getting more strict.

Close grip bench: 135x10, 175x10, 185x8

work has been really blowing up this week , after this weekend I should be in the area of 25 to 30 hrs of just overtime . Good for the wallet bad for the gym time, family time, chore time.
But my partner will be back from his certifications clas monday and it will give me some time back
Not sure if it is the Ergo or just the mentality that I know I am taking a test boost but my energy has been staying up ( no pun intended ) with my schedule havent trained on all ym days but by sunday I will have it all covered.Instagram @cbreezy_454

Training has been going pretty well this week, just pressed for time so havent been posting. Things are starting to slow down and get back to somewhat normal. So now I need to find something to bring the stress back up... lol
The ergo is really making a difference. Now that some of that "I am on a new supp" time has gone by, My energy levels are still holding strong muscle contractions are hitting harder muscles are even starting to feel more full.Instagram @cbreezy_454

My boss quit in December. We got an fill-in for a while but it was 12 weeks till they hired a new guy. He starts soon, can't wait to train him.
Aside from libido-the midnight wifey wake ups- how has ErgoTest beet treating you? Training, attitude, energy?Last edited by velocityrob; 03-07-2013 at 08:37 PM.

Training has been going well, motivation and energy are staying up. Attiude is positive no adverse anything.
The one big thing I have noticed is I have been skipping my normal pre-workout supp that I usually have to get in along with my coffee to get me moving by the time I get to the gym.
And I am only drinking a cup or two of coffee which is a bit lower than normal as well for me.
So everything is looking up for this supplement in my books.Instagram @cbreezy_454
